Very very very easy to resolve. So easy its not funny. Employ more CSR's and spend time and money educating them. Oh, sorry that costs. Add that to the monthly fee? No freaking way. THAT IS THE PROBLEM.

I can't imagine a NZ regulator with teeth enough to impose an NZ$8 million fine on them for not answering complaints properly...!!

and it would only take 3 hours on hold to be able to get to someone to tell them they are being fined
