Last night I dreamt I was at the Geekzone pizza evening on 16th April. The Geekzone banner was plasted everywhere in some outdoor restaurant setting, and there were lots of people and it was really cool. I have no idea why I would dream about something like this.

I won't actually be going to the real one, but I suppose I don't need to coz I've already been lol!

Lenneth: I have really weird dreams to, mostly about me having my teeth fall out because of how much sugar I eat.

I think it's more of a nightmare Sealed

Two nights ago, I dreamed I was playing snooker on a football-field size table, outside in a paddock, with me against two (!!) of Alan Alda (of M*A*S*H fame). One was old, one was young. There were some spectators, and some were flying (unaided).

Partway through the game, young Alda, wearing overalls, left in a huff through a gap in the shelter belt, down a bank, and over a creek. Old Alda, wearing a suit, was shouting obscenities at him.

If you can beat that for pure wierdness without anything "wrong", then I will buy you a beer!!

I need to evaluate the medicine cabinet, and see if there is anything worth taking I think!

I'm so glad I moved away from HB - breeding ground of loonies I tells ya! Tongue out

However, I have also been having some insanely odd dreams lately, (which probably stems from being born in Hawkes Bay :p).

For example:

I was driving down a French motorway with someone, and we decided it would be a good idea to stop at a hotel/motel kind of place on the side of the road for the night. The hotelier in very broken english advised that it would be about 300 EUR per night - and by this stage it was already 1 or 2am so we really didn't care, but still were relatively shocked at the price all the same considering it was just a small not-too-flash place...

Then all of a sudden, at whatever time in the morning, a bus load of Japanese tourists arrived. If we booked the rooms all together, the hotelier said, we could book out the entire complex for 20,000,000 Japanese yen per night (which seems rather steep, considering that's about a quarter million NZD) - but in the dream the Jap tourists jumped at the chance and even paid for our room too.

Once in the room, I proceeded to rip out everything electronic, including the phone jack, and attempt to hide it all in a tiny little chest of drawers (I still have no idea what the purpose of this was). However, the next morning, the hotelier was very greatful for my "renovations" - but he said he didn't have any yen left to give to me to show his gratitude, so asked if "twenties would do". I said sure, to which he handed me a supermarket bag full of NZ 20c pieces, and we were on our way again.

Odd. Laughing

Best read ive had all day =)  Kodos to you all.

Just by chance. What would you consider a normal dream?  I certainly cannot make sense of any of my dreams (except the anxiety ones, where im freaking out about responsibility at work).

They were the old ones. All of them had the Maori design on them though, from memory :P

I normally dream about normal things, like V8s, Holdens, winning Lotto, motorsport, that blonde chick on Grays Anatomy, cars, Holdens etc...

So, you dream about your racing over and over again, perfect those corners, handling is all sorted, emergency exit bit hairy but sussed (after a few dream crashes) and then turn up on the day and your car craps out.  Doh!

I dream about way worse stuff, a couple of zombie dreams, mafia dreams, a few war zone styled stuff.  Usualy tight situations that involve disgruntled neighbours and massive arguments.  Then most of the other stuff are the kinda dreams you never want to wake from, lotsa girls;a beach; warm sunny rays..  etc etc..
Ohh and I dream about new stuff a lot.  Like when I start a new job, I dream about tasks that are involved, the software they used, dealing with people at work.  I rekon those are Prep dreams, preparing me for the tasks ahead.  Haha.
