They dont seem to have a pick up point and a bit worried about where you take products for warranty claims etc.

Havent used but they are quite upfront about them being based in HK and also the fact that they are a "store". I saw they claim to have 5 NZ service centres for repairs. Best you ask them a question as to where they are if you are untrusting then maybe give a few of them a call perhaps.

Yeah its that 5 service centres and how you make a claim Im really unclear about and find hard to find info on.
