I can't find anyone with that username on TM.

Havent used but they are quite upfront about them being based in HK and also the fact that they are a "store". I saw they claim to have 5 NZ service centres for repairs. Best you ask them a question as to where they are if you are untrusting then maybe give a few of them a call perhaps. 

Yeah its that 5 service centres and how you make a claim Im really unclear about and find hard to find info on.

So anyone used those guys successfully? Their prices seem quite sharp! Too good, maybe?
