My company is entertaining the idea of using serviced offices in Wellington.

Do you work out of a serviced office, where in Wellington and how much? List any thing extra that you like and don't like.

Thanks in advance.

Probably make sure the building is up to Earthquake codes, and has been recently check by an engineer. Ask for their report.

Thanks, that is one of our considerations. So far we have looked at the State Insurance building (the one that had a window fall out this week), and the desks where no much bigger than a school desk.

Is that the big black building, or the old one next to the defense building?  There are also some high rises buildings that sway a lot in the wellington wind, and people get sea sick working on the higher floor, so you may want to check on this too.
