Hi used my bpme app at bp station to fuel up.

 

All went fine until i realised that i did not receive any discount this time.

 

i have AA card details in the app, At the discount screen, i even pressed "redeem" but i did not receive any discount.

 

Normally i should get 6 cents if i fuel up more than $40 right ?

 

Well today i fueled up for more than $60, but when i checked my receipt, there is no sign of discount (unlike other receipts from past)

 

Am i doing something wrong  ?

 

Anyone experiencing something like that ?

Maybe you've entered the wrong number?

 

Perhaps you should try entering my number onto your phone?

The ability for the app to support non-fuel card holders is a pretty recent development.

I used it 3 times before this happened. i received the discount those times. Also the card number is saved in the app, how can it get wrong. if that was the case then first 3 times shouldn't have worked.

Hey , just gave them a call now. and luckily someone picked. said they will add the discount for my future purchase.

 

Didn't get the free coffee tho !!!!
