Hi.

So I have been watching Fargo S3 and Ep3, I am horribly confused, seems like a completely different story, but with some of the same characters, to Ep 2?

Did I miss something?

Yeah was a bit strange. The young author ended up being her step dad. I couldn't understand how she figured that out to then go and seek that actress out. May have to look at e02 again

It's on Soho.

We were also confused when watching e03, felt like we missed something in e02.
Strange but still enjoying it.

Each series is a separate story with different characters - but linked by the fact that they're all set in Minnesota and in winter.

We watched the first few episodes of S03 on Netflix in Germany last week. Came home expecting to continue watching week by week, only to find it's not on Netflix NZ yet. Disappointing.

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

Like a lot of the best shows Sky NZ has exclusive rights, and a lot of people cannot afford $100/month plus to watch, so explore alternative ways to watch.

It'll turn up on Netflix eventually - S01 and S02 are there - just a matter of waiting.

Series 2 has only just arrived, life is too short to wait

My brother in the UK has said that season 3 is about to be screen on channel 4 over there, and FTA. I think thw first season was screen FTA in NZ on Prime, but we don't seem to get these types of shows on FTA anymore.

Watching something like Fargo on FTA TV would completely spoil it with all the ad breaks.
My fav TV show but I refuse to give sky any of my money (with the way they have things set up at the mo) so viewing via alternative means.

Apparently C4s  online streaming app, using chromecast only has a single ad at each break eg about 20 seconds. Nowhere near as bad as NZs, and none of our TV stations seem to even support chromecast.
