Does anyone remember when Just Juice became available in tetrapaks.

The wee ones with the straw.

My mother and I are disagreeing about whether a photo is of myself or my younger sister.

There is a Just Juice tetrapak on the table and I dont remember them being around when I was about that age.

My sister is 9 years younger.

Mid to late 80's? I remember it was around then when the was a big health thing with milk that came in these paper cartons. Although I remember the juice ones earlier, so maybe 84ish?

This is a far less interesting kind of fight than I had envisioned. I was thinking more 'and then I had a shower to get the orange juice out of my hair.'

well, thats pretty conclusive. Who'd have thought that fact would be on the internet.

So I win the fight. In 1982 I was too old to be the child in the photo.

Sorry @SaltyNZ, no orange juice was harmed in the fight.

The 82 date could just be for the big 1 litre 'brick' cartons. I think the smaller ones for lunch boxes were introduced slightly later on.

It wont have been much later. I remember one of the only times I was off school sick (mumps) in about 83 or 84 - Had Just Juice cartons then - first time I had tried it and it was delicious.

Funny the things you remember.

Also - I vaguely remember the Fresh Up concentrate in the cans (no tear tab on them), in the 80s that got put into small tetra packs too.
