I noticed that Auckland has the 3D map detail.

Pity that Wellington does not seem to be enabled yet. Anybody have any details as to if we can expect it soon?

Edit: Also noticed that Christchurch is in 3D.

Hey - Wellington is just the capital city. Surely you don't expect it to be included?!

(Although in the same way most people assume Sydney is the capital of Australia, I suspect most people outside NZ probably think Auckland is the capital.)

It is only parts of Auckland. It looks very weird if you go to the boundary between a 2D and 3D area and look side on.

I find it odd as Wellington is really NZ's second largest city so I wonder why they have not enabled it.

Just looked at Canberra, Aus, even that has 3D.
