Hi, anyone got an email or Postal address for Trade Me ?

All I got back from the buggers was

Thanks for writing to us. You've received this response because you've attempted to reach our customer support team through an incorrect link or email address.

Their link for contact is a web page designed to p*** you off.

And they want money to be rung up...  pack of cowboys....

Mod Edit MM: Corrected title and gave it some context.

Just call them and speak to the contact centre.  And be nice.  My wife used to work at that contact centre, and so did some other GZers.  There's real people on the end of the phone.

But for $2/minute they should be high level lawyers or financial consultants advising on the current investment market! Even our schools consultant IT firm charges less if you divided their hourly ‘emergency’ rate by 60 minutes 🤷‍♂️

Don't call them then. Just accept you won't get the help you want.

They answer quickly and will call you back. Can you imagine the amount of crap they would have to deal with if they let any random customer call them for free?

What do you need to talk to them about? Their contact page is pretty comprehensive and if nothing fits sending mail to any one of those categories will result in a response.

They usually answer you, just send them another "email" through the website under "contact us"

Yep 90% of the work my wife did was email interactions, not phone.
