Looking for recommendations for a mid-level 4K video camera with picture stability (particularly when zoomed,) and great zoom.

I;ve got a Panasonic DMC-GX85 with a 12-60mm lens OIS lens.  This has body + lens stability and can do 4k.

You've not set a budget, as the DMC-G85 - is as mine, but weatherproof + external mic connection.

2nd best? If I was more into video, the g85 is supposed to be the one....without absolutely killing the bank like a gh5 would....or a black magic, or red.

Why not use something like a Sony A7s?
You can shoot stills as well then.

Has anyone tried the Nikon Next Megazoom camera with 90X optical zoom?

It looks seriously impressive.
