This is my first time shopping at Avalon.co.nz. I purchased a pair of speakers online and paid with my credit card.
I have received order confirmation right away and my credit card was charged shortly afterwards. However when I emailed them to request the courier track number, they sent another email saying it was shipped and that I would receive the tracking info soon. Now that was Monday and as of now I haven't heard from them yet. I've sent them two emails requesting the courier info but no reply from them.
Should I become concerned at all or should I allow more time for them to come back to me? Has anyone here ever dealt with Avalon Audio before?
