I think I have bought something from them about 3 times, never had any problems. They weren't items that I desperately needed, so can't really remember how quick they were.

Awesome, thanks. I'd take a few GZ reviews over a thousand online any day.

Yep. Bought a few things off them. The Ketter outdoor storage we have had for a couple of years and still looks like new. They seem pretty good. I have been to their warehouse at Airport Oaks and they have a good setup with ordering and delivery.

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

Yep, bought some greenhouse windows openers. One ended up being faulty and they were good to deal with getting a replacement.

Bought a Bosch Mitre saw and Keter box off them. Saw works fine. Had a broken lid on Keter and they replaced it.

I have bought a few things, most importantly a backup generator which ran into problems and was fixed under their warranty. I was pretty impressed with their after sales service which important with mail order firm.

Bought a weather station from them. Fast shipping, well packed. Works great. Apparently they put the price of it up recently, though.
