Wow, they need to sort out this POS. It used to be fine, quick and easy. Now, they have updated the website, cool.

What I dont like

1. Cant log in, I cant be bothered with a spinning thing for 45 seconds. Restart the laptop, the same

2. Order, another 45 seconds of spinning things.

3. Everything I do is I wait. Whoever sorted this website cart needs a new career.

It does seem to be very slow at the moment! I've used it a few times since the update and I've never seen it this slow.

People still order Pizza Hut? Their pizzas look so disgusting on their TV ad!

They used to make great pizzas probably 5 years ago, then everything seemed to go downhill.

Who do you normally use, Mr Biddle (just curious)?

I just looked at Pizza Hut's site and it does look fairly crappy.

Combination of 3 places - a local pizza place in the Hutt (Pepe's), Hell and Dominos. It really just depends what I feel like.

I used to use Pizza Hut all the time and loved them but then the local store decided to undercook every single pizza which is a problem when you have a thick crust base like Pizza Hut do. Even the freebies for complaining about the undercooked pizzas were undercooked.

I was at an event a few months ago where there were the large New Yorker Pizza Hut pizzas and they were simply the most disgusting thing I've seen or eaten in years.

I just had a look at the Pizza Hut website now and they do look appealing. You wonder why they make pizzas that look to bad for the TV ad.

Hell do great pizza, but it's quadruple the price of Pizza Hut. Dominos is cheap and they have a tech focus, website usually works.

I agree re the New Yorker ones - they're not a patch on Sal's (IMO).

Hell (back in 2004) used to be really yummy and good value for money. Now I find the price has steadily climbed over the years and it's not as good as it used to be. It's a rare thing for me to have it more often than every year or two now, unless someone else is paying.

For me, if pizza leftovers can be carried over to the next night, it's good value for money. If not, it's too expensive.

Hell lasts two nights. PH and Dominos is a one nighter.

That's odd, I've found the complete opposite to be true.

Dominos is too spicy for me, I want to taste the food. PH is fine, the chips and garlic bread is better. It does the job. Must try Hells though haven't had that for an age

Anyone like Sal's (like me)? I know they're not everywhere but I think their pizzas are quite good.

I quite enjoy Sal's, but it's more of a "treat" pizza for me. It's pretty expensive (but quite large also), but it's one of my favorites for a standard pizza. For something a bit fancier, we do hell's occasionally, otherwise, it's dominos, mostly because they are just up the road from me.

I was trying to order the survivor deal last Wednesday.
I press select on Deal, go to cart and it would come up cart empty.
Ok, maybe need to press select on all products in deal, press select first one, that was fine, press select second pizza and it would come up “invalid product code”. What the heck.

So went to store and showed them, as get free chips online only, they gave me the free chips.
They’d run out of chicken wings so subbed another chips.
I haven’t had Pizza Hut in over 20 years but was happy with service in person, and it tasted good to me.
Just I’m usually on to it and I got lost with the online ordering.

I like thin and crispy bases to my pizza(authentic(, but have found the Dominoes one now tastes like cardboard. I expect they are frozen bases. So sad.

I remember thin Pizza Hut bases, great. I assumed they are gone?
