According to an item on 7 Sharp, the Commerce Commission is looking for 3000 broadband users to assess the quality of our Internet from a consumer experience viewpoint. They are even giving out a gadget to those selected that will measure their broadband quality.

So of course the Commerce Commission website crashed as soon as the item was broadcast and people are now being advised to try later, maybe much later.

Gee, who didn't see that one coming? Only the Commerce Commission, apparently.

I watched that, and I took painkillers which are needed to watch Seven Sharp. I believe that BB in NZ is one of the best in the world, yet laypeople who saw that program will know its rubbish, a word used repeatedly.

It seems that ComCom has no ability to talk to RSP's to see how things really are?
