I wonder whether anyone has shopped online at JB Hifi Australia shop.

I ordered some 4K Blu ray movies from their online shop on 8 May.  All I knew by far is that the goods have been shipped, with no shipment date, no track and trace number and no indication of ETA.  Quite annoying really.

I wonder how long it might take to arrive in NZ, given now it's almost one month since my order was placed.

It's getting on to a month now I would be chasing them. NZ is only 3 or 4 hours away.

Here is a crazy notion, lets give peace a chance.

. International shipments generally take 2-4 weeks for delivery from the date of dispatch, but please allow up to 6-12 weeks in case of delays

I'd get in touch as see what the story was...

Thanks for the above comments/suggestions.  I think I'd give it another week before I chase them.  Believe me they are not super fast in replying to customer queries either...

It's just a bit disappointing that their international shipping was handled so poorly.

The only reason that I place this order with them was that Amazon had run out of stock of this particular movie pack and JB Hifi NZ doesn't have it as yet.

Last order I did with them took about 6 weeks to get here. I've just put a new order in with them the other day (the matrix 4k), expecting that at the start of July

Good grief that is terrible delivery for an "in stock" item

Someone should invent a flying machine one day and they can use that....

I feel a bit better now :)

Not a bad price for The Matrix 4K though, given Amazon is selling for US24.99

It's probably worth the waiting.

I ordered an item from them 2 months ago and it took 10 days to arrive. I thought delivery was to slow and as well had problems with their tracking site.

I wont use them again. No excuse for something taking more than a few working days to arrive from Australia.

I thought the slow transit time was due to it maybe going via surface/ship to NZ but the packets I got were clearly marked Air Mail

You can order things from the likes of farnell and have them sent from AU for delivery the next day. Inexcusable on the part of JB to be taking that long.

My order with them that I placed on the 28th of May (The matrix 4K) showed up in the post box this morning, so exactly 2 weeks I guess isn't too bad but still a long time for a short hop across the tasman

Did you add in the 5 day NZ post “improved delivery to residential addresses”in your calculations. We get mail twice a week now.... in central Wellington.

Not personally affected, but I do keep in back of mind

NZ Post... The ones that charge "Next day delivery" but take two extra days for parcel to show. The same ones that charge for "Saturday delivery" and parcel shows up on Monday anyway.

Back on topic, you can get stuff from Amazon, all the way from the USA, faster than this.

If have good internet and buying lot of stuff Apple TV has 4k matrix for NZ$11.99 to own, delivery within seconds.

Stuff I get from the US takes between 2 to 3 weeks, one week of which is NZ post from Auckland to Christchurch, and the tracking numbers work.

Well as of today I still haven't received the order...

Initial order was placed on 8 May; from memory it took them at least about a week to dispatch the order.

I'm usually getting orders from Amazon delivered to my doorstep between 7days and 2weeks maximum.

The only reason I ordered from JB Hifi Australia this time is that the Christopher Nolan 4K Blu Ray Collection is out of stock on Amazon and that its market place price tag too steep in this case.

Anyway I'm going to allow for another two weeks before I approach them

This is my first order from JB Hifi Aus.

And it's my last order from them.
