As a corollary it's been out on Amazon video for a while (and IMHO the 1st season was stellar)

How about Netflix? The earlier ones are on there.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

I haven't played that one yet, but the Season 1 Bluray plays fine in my player. I've never heard of anyone having PAL vs. NTSC issues with Bluray content. That is largely an analog SD issue (and if your TV can't cope with NTSC, then you're probably not connecting it to a Bluray player!). If you mean Bluray region protection, that might potentially be a problem but I've never had an issue with it. The only Bluray I've actually ever had a problem with is the Ready Player One disc I bought from Mighty Ape. The sound cuts in and out every couple of seconds non-stop, even in the menus. I ripped it and watched it through the HTPC.

Likewise, I ripped the Expanse discs too so I can watch them on my iPad if I want to.
