White Pages "down for maintenance"? 

 

They can't do that? I mean, they can, but it's very poor, considering most people don't have the physical books any more. frown

So what? If you need 100% service 100% of the time you need to steer clear of computer based systems, and mechanical based systems, and human based systems.
