I ordered two things from amazon shipped together with DPD.

I got a tracking number and it was sent 6 days ago, but I can't use the tracking number on the DPD website. It says it's too short.

Is there a different website I should use?

Thanks

You can only track it through Amazon's website

Honestly there's no point watching the tracking, it'll turn up eventually

Haha, that sucks.

I asked amazon and they gave me a shipping refund out of nowhere, so I can't complain.

Yeah it's a bit silly, they gave me a refund on the whole item then it turned up two days later

I had to get them to reverse the refund

Whatever tracking number Amazon use doesn't correlate to anything DPD uses. And once it arrives in New Zealand it gets handed over to Fastway to deliver, which use their own tracking number on top of that.

No worries, Amazon will look after you if it ends up never getting delivered anyway!
