The initial report by engineers tasked with investigating the state of Sydney's Opal Tower has clearly not been proof read.

One of the highlighted causes of the building's troubles is the use of "Poo quality materials."

They also refer to the building as the "Opa Tower" Toyota fans will know that Opa is German for grandfather.
