i need t go in about 2hrs its kinda important but i really need my item

tracking says

 

On Board (11:06AM 9/4/2019)
and says it was scanned the place where it was scanned is only 3-5 mins away by car

so is it likely to arrive today? i would just call them up but i can't remember where i put my usb cable to charge my phone

I would assume “on board” means with the courier fir delivery, however that delivery could be any time today I would think.

If its on board, ie on board the delivery van, then there is no point calling, it will arrive when it does. I'd assume it would most likely arrive today.

I have called the courier company in such cases and they can call the driver to get an approximate time.
