[I had thought that they would write Rey as offspring of Han Solo and Qi'ra - not sure if timeline allows, but looks like they might have decided against that]

3 at a time. so at least another 3 if they reboot it in the future.

the theory is, rise of skywalker most probably refers to luke and/or leia - luke narrates the trailer, leia's theme plays in the bg. but i thought carrie fisher is no more. but that won't stop kathleen kennedy it seems.

They are already planning the next 10 years after a short hiatus. Probably due to Avatar.

Being long passed didn't stop Peter Cushing being dragged out of the bit bin in Rouge One...

I'm pertty sure there is plenty of unused footage of Carrie Fisher from the 2 most recent films sitting on the cutting room floor that they can recut/repurpose/reuse...

Wasn't particularly excited by any of it until I heard the cackle at the end. Now I'm quite interested

i just watched Episode 1 trailer. everything that is in the ep 9 teaser reflects off episode 1 trailer, and 1 line is verbatim.

and ep 1 trailer refers to anakin skywalker

based on that I hypothesize that the skywalker referred to in ep 9 is anakin
