I see the TDR has been mentioned a few times in the forums.  I actually enjoyed reading the first quarter report and I see the second Q report is available now.  I especially found their case histories interesting.  Not that I agreed with the outcome for the liquid ingressed (rusty) phone.  One thing I did pick up on was that complainants were  being met with the explanation (from the telco/s concerned) that the telco didn't know a complaint had been made.  Apparently there is a difference between a concern and a complaint.  So if you have a complaint to make with your telco, make sure it is logged as a complaint.  Try starting off with 'I have a complaint'.  That should get  their attention...
