Just ordered a pair of Bose QC 35s from Dick Smith (Kogan) and was wondering what people's experiences with their shipping service is.

There doesn't seem to be any information regarding carriers on their website and signature required doesn't seem to be an option either.

Arrived quicker than they said to me at work. Not sure what van it came in but it arrived no hassles and no GST/Customs issues despite what their site said I may be liable for.

I've ordered from them a few times. Delivery was via PBT. IIRC, packages leaving the warehouse took a couple of days, shipping to New Zealand was fast, and the packages took a few more days to arrive once they where in the country. A signature was required, which I refused due to packaging not being sealed properly in the case of one order, and an item being particularly fragile in the second. No damage.

Was looking to order the Ring Video Doorbell from them last week. Got to the cart and shipping to Auckland was calculated at $48.99. Yeah..No thanks.

Ordered a phone on Sunday, it was delivered the following Saturday so in 6 days which I think was OK.

Definitely quicker than trying to order the same phone the Sunday before in Auckland followed by deafening silence until I rang them on Wednesday. "It is in our not in our retail store and needs to be shipped to our retail store from our warehouse, that happens on Friday" On Thursday they emailed me that it was out of stock and on back order, did I want to wait for it?

Just checked my emails. Apparently it has been sent with "OmniParcel"... never heard of them so I will cross my fingers.

They will hand over to the local carrier for delivery. Likely PBT.

Ordered on a Monday, it was delivered the following week Tuesday. But that covered Easter weekend, so it was closer to 5 business days.

Ordered a Drone in November last year and it went 'missing' in the courier Warehouse so they sent another one. About 6 weeks all up.

Bit worried now. Parcel hasn't moved in a few days and there are many one star reviews about OmniPost. Has anyone else had something shipped with them before?

Did it come out of Port Botany, NSW? Also was there a large delay after International Transit To Destination Country?

I ordered an item a few months ago for $29, with free shipping. The same item is now $69. Free shipping still applies in that case, but DSE is looking a lot less attractive now with higher prices and fewer items it seems including shipping.

EDIT: Checked a second item. I paid $99.95 including delivery. Now a $35.99 delivery charge applies on top. Cheaper to shop locally.
