Have you done all/any of this:

Connect it to power and to an HDMI input on your TV. USB power goes in one end. HDMI comes out the other end of the SV unit.

Select that HDMI input as the active input - using TV remote.

Follow the on-screen instructions to connect wirelessly to your home network - using SmartVu remote.

Sometimes I just sit and think. Other times I just sit.

You need to go to the settings in the top right, which is the gear logo. The wifi settings should be in there.

The settings are on the top right of the home screen, not remote.

When you intially set it up from teh box, it should display a wizard that has a range of different steps to setup things like wifi. However I found a bug when setting it up, where I think the wifi wasn't fully view able as it was covered by the keyboard, as the page was too long to screen. So if you can get to the homescreen, you should be able to setup wifi from the settings there.

@almer What part of the country are you in? Someone may be close by and able to assist in person.

with good luck and good old Kiwi determination, I have found out how to set up wi-fi on remote. But I am told "couldn't find Spark-3JPTJH. Tells me btw  "View available networks".

Taken from https://smartvu.co.nz/ Maybe this helps?

📔 There don't seem to be any manuals online anywhere. 😞
