We're trying to buy a piece of land and build a house and there is an old thread here that talks about NewBuild. Just wondering if anyone has recently (the past few years) had any work done with them? Our bank is taking ages to respond, and we're trying to go unconditional on the land we've offered on and get a house built.

Interested in any experiences you might have had with building a house, and ideally, with Versatile and NewBuild.
