Hi,

I've just purchased second hand the above land line phone system. These phones are still current and sell for around $200 in the shop. I haven't had a set up like this before, where there is a second unit that is linked to the first unit so wonder if I am doing something wrong.

The issue is, one of the handsets does not work. When placed on either of the charging stations nothing comes up on the screen. There is no dial tone. I have cleaned the battery contacts. I have put different sets of the correct batteries into the handset, I have tried to register the handset. I've gone through the manual and nothing has made any difference. The handset screen is totally blank all the time. The other handset is working correctly. Is there something I am missing here? If anyone has any ideas I'd be most grateful. Thanks.
