I got a Microsoft Lifecam from Dick Smith during the Microsoft 30% cashback promotion, I sbumitted the cashback request, sent the receipt, and got an e-mail confirmation saying I will get the cash ($60) within 60 days. It's been about 20 days now since the 60 day period went by and I haven't got the cash.
I e-mailed the contact address (email@example.com) which boucned back so then I e-mailed the only address I could find of the promtel website and got a response telling me to wait another 60 days!
Does anyone have contact details for Microsoft NZ? I got lost in wizards on their website. Promtel aren't replying now so I thought contacting MS NZ directly would be best to try next.
