Rocpac....

Holy balls... if you dont actually know what you want, you will never find it.

It makes Ingram's site look fantastic!!!

Edit: and that site above... 'powered by medtech'.. there's your answer. Most unhelpful, backwards company you could deal with.

See if you can find a site older than this one:

The Racing System

I used to know the guy who developed this, back when he lived in Wellington.

IRD. It's very obviously a mish-mash of various systems from different eras.

Often there is a good reason companies have old websites. It is often the same reason companies use old versions of windows and office. Setting up a new website is often easy and relatively cheap, it is moving things over from a legacy system that is the hard and expensive part. It is why some banking websites are also very dated , and often they ar gradually updated over time, rather than totally replaced. Although some banks do sometimes totally replace them, and keep the old one accessible, because ironically the old version often has more features than the new (often dumbed down) version. I designed some websites 10-15 years ago, and can see that the comaines are still using them today. All teh old ones  are static hardcoded sites, so they don't run off a CMS, so security isn't such a in issue.

Agree with you. Their iDevice app is not much better. How the elderly navigates around I don't know. In August 2018 I did send them a suggestion that they put a "Numerical Badge app icon" on the main App icon, plus within the app itself on the appropriate menu section icon when there are changes/updates to your records. They replied:

Thank you for your feedback.

We have noted it down and forwarded to our technical team to review and take the action accordingly.

Whilst the difficult we can do immediately, the impossible takes a bit longer. However, miracles you will have to wait for.

The only complaint I have about the Manage My Health site is the flurry of messages that accompany any new entries. At least I can find things on it.

I went onto a major telco's site trying to find details of their broadband plans and they were all hidden from plain sight. Instead 10 seconds looking at posters on their shop walls told me all I needed to know.
