I've abandoned my plans to build a 4x 15" infinite baffle subwoofer in my attic and bought an SVS SB13 Ultra subwoofer from trade me instead.

The shipping box measures 500 x 609 x 609 cm and weight is 44 kg.
I need to get it from South Auckland residental address or South Auckland Depot down to Wellington (or Petone/LowerHutt) Depot.
I've emailed main freight + pack&send + pbt couriers for a quote.

I need more of a furniture removal company than a courier I reckon.  Are there any other companies I should flick an email to?

Thanks
Mike

derp was getting quotes for 500 x 609 cm, instead of 500 x 609 mm, online quoting works now and not too bad ~$111 depot to depot.

I've used main freight :D  I don't think the seller would be keen on waiting, he is shifting house, hence the sale.

I hate you right now, that SB-13 was a steal for the price you got it for!

A little late now, but I got quoted just over $100 by Pack 'n Send to shift a pair of beefy towers and a sub from Auckland to the Manawatu with pickup from the seller. Not that bad all things considered.

Damn, my Googlefoo is clearly somewhat lacking as I've tried twice to find the old auction listing on TM but to no avail. Can you share the link or at even what you paid for the sub?

I paid $850 and it's costing me $220 for postage.

It looked pretty tidy, and he seemed as stand-up as TM gets.

I didn't even think to ask for a buy-now since I figured it would be the usual "I'll see how the auction goes...". Good job!

Damn MF, charging like a MF. And I thought Pack 'n Send was expensive.
