Anyone else get these? It will say Hi my first name I'm Jess. And literally nothing else. I don't get it? I assume it's a really lazy phishing email? I know there was some speculation on reddit the emails were connected to the Dominos leak a while back and it was the hackers trying to verify info but idk this is the third or fourth one I've gotten this year.

Pffff. According to my spam folder, there are literally dozens of hot single women in my area who all want to ... be friends ... with me.

What's the caller ID number? Maybe it's just a variation of the one ring callback scam.

It would cost the scammers more to make the robocalls, but I guess they'd get a higher callback response %.

He said he was getting emails, not calls.

Previous ones suggested to be from Domino's generally seemed to ask about your suburb. https://www.stuff.co.nz/business/industries/97683139/spammers-grab-slice-of-dominos-customers-personal-information

Which is IMO a relevant point. It's possible these are not phising but an attempt at some sort of dating scam. And I wouldn't necessarily say lazy. I'm fairly sure these scammers are always trying to test new things to see what works. It's possible they're hoping this sort of thing is more successful than the more typical explicit stuff, or at least taps into a different "market".

Oops - my bad.

And nope, I haven't seen an email from "jess".

Spam folders are however full of other incomplete messages, I'd assumed that spamcatchers were deleting links to phishing sites?

These are probably just "hot women" waiting for to reply... Then ask for your help in form of hard cold cash.

When you're property as hot as I am, you're allowed to be.  ( •_•)>⌐■-■ (⌐■_■)
