This is a fascinating two hour doco on the rise of the Amazon empire, from it's genesis of selling on-line books to the mega company it is today encompassing retail, cloud computing, devices and AI.

(and watching this strengthened my resolve not to install any corporation's live listening device into my house).

Organising his bolthole for the Trump dictatorship?

Haggling with the government to try to replace Azure with AWS in government IT?

Selling election analytics and social media promotion to some party or other?

I've never purchased anything from Amazon. Not because I dislike them, I just have never had the want or desire to do so.

As for the documentary, it's typical of the way Microsoft, Facebook and many others have gotten too big.
