Amazon used to ship small items for around $5-10 USD to NZ.

I haven’t looked in a while at Amazon but an SD card seems to cost upwards of $25 USD to ship to NZ. When did this start happening and why???

Freight prices have gone through the roof, I assume they relied on passenger planes to transport a lot of it. Those are now no longer flying.

Yip. The government are spending hundreds of millions on freight subsidies to get export goods to market.

They aren't so interested in your trinkets from Amazon.
