I have had a bad run with a Tradetested 10'x8' Kitset Green House with rotted roof panels.

Wall panels are ok and so are the two roof window panels.

The panels are guaranteed for 5 years but I first noticed the rotted roof panels in 2 years.

Tradetested in my request for replacement panels responded after a month offering oversized panels that I would have to cut myself... not kitset sized parts.

After 3 notifications of delayed delivery, finally replacement panels have arrived.... 7 of the 8 panels required (8 shown on the delivery docket).

These panels were wapped near each end with some cling film - no protection on the corners of the panels.

The panels were dropped or lowered over my fence... I guess Covid-19 non contact delivery.

Some damage to the corners of the panels, so I will have to cut 3 sides to get clean edges to fit in the frame channels.

Early on because of the expected replacement delays I requested a price for a total replacement pack... no response.

Not happy with Tradetested so far.

I ordered a very large dog cage from them which I needed on very short notice and it arrived quickly as promised.

It was about the same quality as similar products sold elsewhere. (Kmart now has similar cheaper if you need one)

One of the connector metal things that holds the sides and ends together was missing and one bent. The missing one could allow a paw to get stuck between cage pieces and the cage was for a long term recovery of my now deceased dog who needed to spend extended time in it. So I went to Mitre10 and fixed it with a couple wire clamps which work better than the original part, cost about $10. I explained to Tradetested what had happened and asked if they could reimburse me the cost of the parts and they sent me a whole new cage, apparently not requiring the old one back. I didn’t know until it turned up at the door. I refused the parcel. It didn’t seem fair to keep it. I think the cage cost about $150. It for sure wasn’t less.

I emailed to explain that I had sent it back with the courier. That was pretty much it.

You certainly had luck with the dog cage - finding alternative and better part for your dog cage - and also getting delivered a replacement cage from Tradetested.

I tried around NZ for alternative supply of 4mm polycarb panels without success - apparently the 4mm panels are unique to the Tradetested greeh house.

I did try and get Tradetested to supply a set of panels at my cost to keep my green house functional - but no luck there - even though they were still selling/advertising the product online.

The luck of the draw with service I guess...
