Has anyone used this service?
One of my boys needs a pair of boots, almost immediately as his old ones are on the way out. I've found a suitable pair on their website and can easily get to my nearest Warehouse to collect it - but does it really take 10-14 days?? I was hoping to pay for them and collect them tonight - waiting until next week is a long time just for them to walk over to the shoes section and pick up a pair of boots. Or is it really a 2 week turnaround?

I'd message on their Facebook page but last time I did this they took 2 months to get back to me.

Thanks in advance :)

If your local store has stock my experience has been 2 hours. If not expect a couple of days.

Last time I used their Click and Collect was on 12th Aug and it was ready the next day - ordered at 11pm night before, and got the ready to collect email 12pm. I guess it does depend on local stock levels though - these can be checked on The Warehouse mobile app.

I wouldn't use their click and collect anymore, after two half completed orders and pickup attempts with two different orders - never again.

Expect same day if your local store has stock, else a couple of days. This isn't like during the first lock down when there was massive delays.

Good news, I placed the order and have been told it's ready for pickup, so I'll get it on the weekend.

Thanks for all the comments :)
