I eat a sausage and Egg for breakfast, I got so fat eating grains eeeek. Im not anti carbs, just prefer lower amounts and higher micro nutrient value carbs ie fruit n veg.
So most super market sausages are low in meat and high in fillers.
Where can I get really high percentage of meat sausages from? Either at supermarket or north auck (albany and up, or browns bay)
When I use to hunt I would make my own, but that was long ago and prefer the convenience of buying now.
