From within NZ? Not sure.
I do know there are overseas establishments that will gladly take your money. Before you put any money down, have a look here: https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/2020-election-forecast/
From what I hear, Florida & Pennsylvania are the two states to watch on election night.

There has only just recently been a change in the law regarding the ability for TAB to offer 'novelty bets' so if there is going to be any sort of offers it'll probably in the future some time.

Predictit.org but I think it blocks NZ users? Polymarket has a few U.S. election markets.

You could get in touch with these guys:
"An unnamed British former-banker has bet £3.9million on Donald Trump coming out on top in the US presidential election.
Betting insiders believe the businessman's enormous $5million pledge is the biggest number ever wagered in politics.
The financier - who is based overseas and whose name has not been released - placed his bet with private bookmaker in Curacao in the Caribbean after speaking to 'Trump camp insiders'. "

I'm surprised the comments not moderated more especially considering the site is run by Vic Uni. The few times I've scrolled down it's been worse than the_donald was.
My mate has, Biden 1-50. To cover the last Summer bet I made with him of $50 and another of $20. $70 coming my way thanks to the resounding Biden win
I wonder what the odds of Harris being President by this time next year are.........
That would be worth putting a couple of bucks on.

Some Aussie betting sites seemed to accept US elections bets a couple of months ago when I looked into it. Not sure about now though.
My mate says Sportsbet.com.au but he never bothered, too much hassle with setup and ID
biden 1.45 trump 2.80 right now he said Biden was 1-50, then 1-60 last night
I thought the odds on Trump would be longer. Not enticing enough for me.
I tanked enough money on the Melbourne cup yesterday anyway, not to mention the night after in Welly 🤡
