Am thinking of getting myself one for Christmas like the one below.

Any recommendation or is it a waste of money? Can't afford the full blown chairs plus I do not have space for it anyways.

 

Will I be better off just buying a massage gun?

I picked up something similar a few years ago, it's alright but nothing on the full blown chairs.
