I have tried every solution they've suggested which is:

  • 1. use a different web browser
  • 2. Incognito mode
  • 3. use a different PC
  • 4. clear cookies and cache
  • 5. flush DNS
  • 6. restart Modem

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

P.S. I've also found that the Westpac website has been a bit slower than usual....

What happens? Do you get an error message?

It appears to be working correctly for me.

No error messages but when I enter my login details then click login, it doesn't direct me to anything/doesn't log me in...have waited like 45mins or so and nothing loads...

Same thing remains. Click login button and the loading "Online Guardian is assessing..." just rotates continuously

Yes I get that too. Is Firefox your main browser?

Glad to see someone else having the same problem as me. My main browser is Google Chrome but I have tested it on other web browser such as Brave, Opera, Firefox, Safari and Vivaldi and issue persist.
