I’ve got a bit of an issue. I need to make a transfer out of coinbase but their sms 2FA isn’t working.
It’s been working fine in the past however no joy for the last 20 hours.

Have tried going through their change number form which requires the drivers license but no joy there.
Filling out the help forms results in an automatic closure about 15 minutes later stating that they only provide self help for this country.

Anyone had any luck dealing with them?

So there is no way to contact someone to report a technical problem? That doesn't sound right :/ What about contacting them on social media ?

Correct. Even though they have a ticketing system and contact us buttons, if you use them...

And if you reply to the closure message.

I don’t use the words lightly but borders on a scam when you are effectively locked, the self service doesn’t work and those contact us buttons just result in form responses. I’ve got $90 locked up there, not the end of the world but does mean a trade contract I committed to is going to fall through.
