Hi, I'm looking for hotels/motels/hostels close to the Vector Arena in Auckland. I see they recommend the Hyatt Regency but would like to compare prices, don't know the area at all though. Any ideas?

vector arena is at auckland central, so any central location hotel/motel would suit you.

There are a swag of serviced apartments in downtown auckland that you might also want to look into if you want resonable accomodation,

But yeah Vector is down by the britomart train station, so anywhere downtown would be within a 20 min walk.
