Not really depends on your definition of "bad for you". 18g of sugar and 18g of carbs per 250ml bottle isnt that much (coke has 39g of sugar!). 750mg of taurine is where the kick is, that and 6mg of B6 which is something like 300% your rdi (but its a water soluble vitamin so you know where that ends up)

Warning: May make you sporadically start yelling "HEY MANG! WHAT? WHAT??? YOUR BULLETS DO NOTHING, H'OK MANG?"

But seriously, all these energry drinks that keep upping the amount of taurine and caffine are just gonna give you issues. Put out sleep patterns, you'll burn out through the day quickly, have trouble waking up in the morning... Etc.

Stick to green tea. The proper Chinese stuff. Thats awesome!

Well I've just got my case of Club flavored Cocaine from Wize Distributors in Christchurch.  $65 for 24x 250ml Cans.  $2.70 a Can
The main thing I have noticed is the much anticipated caffeine level, it has been altered for NZ and Au Food Standards, and has just 80 mg per serving (250 ml).  Not the same amount in recent headlines of 3.5x the legal amount.  So as per the label, I'll make some quick comparisons with Demon.  All measurements are per 250ml serving.
Taurine, C. 750 mg  <   D. 1000 mg.   Inositol, C. 100 mg   >   D. 48 mg.   Caffine, C, 80 mg    D. 80 mg.   Vitamin B6   C, 6 mg  >    D. 5 mg.   Calories C, 70      <   D. 115.   Sugar C, 18g    <   D. 27g
Taste:  It's true, Cocaine Club flavour does taste like a fireball, it's spicy. If you take a smell first the heat goes right the way down your throat.  And after a taste of the pink liquid I did have to cough from the spiciness.  The flavour is totally unique, something I appreciate in todays energy drink market.  I absolutely love the flavour.  I have yet to review the energy kick, as I wont try it until the morning.
Guys you've got to check out this drinkJ

I saw this the other day at a dairy in ChCh and couldn't believe what I was seeing.
Seriously
  1. do we really need *another* energy drink and
  2. (more importantly) one called Cocaine!
I am not usually one for "pc" or "sensativity" to these kind of things but this one really pushes my buttons. What fool thought that it's ok to label a drink (which can be purchased by kids) the same as a 'Class A' drug and try to make "Cocaine" a cool, funny thing. It's not cool and it's not funny.

Cheers

What the hey-hey.  Yea I thought the name was a little contriversal.  But every man and his dogs friend knows that Coka Cola used to actually have Cocaine as one of the ingredients.
So who is to say its that big a deal.

Besides, everyone will be addicted to drugs in the distant future.  The people who do not take anything will be called Earth Naturalists and frowned upon, as they do not have super speed & seight from drug induced enhancers (that also melt the brain, naturally).

But this drink does intruige me, and yes I would like to get my hands on some for the Big New Years party rocking on over in the coast.  BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!

I will not agree to what someone else might have done, but its not his invention, and life goes on.

But good on you, I wish my ethics were as strong as yours.  =)
