Try different tracking apps

17track, postalninja and parcelapp some give more detail than others.

Obviously shipping is a massive problem globally at the moment.

What can you do? not a lot

It's the shippers responsibility to trace missing items. And if they don't want to. You're pooched.

there're multiple posts in the local russian community facebook page, that shipping from russian currently takes anything from 2-6 months to NZ/AU.

We're in the middle of a global pandemic. Global shipping is still affected and there are massive global shipping delays which can result in delays of weeks or even months.

shapes: tracking says  ...

i think you are asking the wrong people.

you should ask ebay.

here are some tips

- if you buy online (including trademe!) once in a while you will get cheated, things will get lost, products will fail prematurely, you will lose money

- so when you buy online from Russia you go with the idea that you probably won't see your money again. and if it arrives, yay. if not, contact ebay, and be reminded that you were prepared to lose your money as you have when you click buy.

that way you won't have too much stress.

And sometimes PayPal protection isn't worth squat. I got done over last year, seller sent incorrect item. Seller insisted I send back at my cost which was worth more than the item. PayPal sided with the seller even though they admitted the item wasn't correct. Luckily it was only $20 but I was very disappointed given my PayPal account is vintage and see a lot of transactions.

But as per others comments, be patient everything is taking much longer to arrive, especially places with indirect routes to NZ.

Unless it's polonium or novichok, that gets delivered promptly by hand courier.

I second this, shipping delays are a real thing.... and delays of "months" is not uncommon at the moment....especially from that part of the world...

you can wait. and keep waiting. wait some more .
Ive had to wait 3 months for a package from China, and that was before all the covid related shipping delays.

Wait 2 months. If you paid via paypall, apply for a refund.

I'm still waiting for a package from the US that was sent last month. It's pretty standard at the moment. Pretty much 0 that you can do about it.
