I took my youngest daughter (11) to see the Lion King musical last night at the Spark Arena, and wow, what a show :D

I highly recommend seeing it regardless if Disney things are you or not.

Was a bit of Kiwi humor injected into it, always lots going on to the point you don't know where to look :)

My daughter wants to go again but don't think that will happen, is sold out and if tickets do appear online, they are not cheap.

So if you get the chance to see it, DO IT.

I went on Saturday night and also thought it was great. Would definitely recommend it.

$175 per ticket, we're a family of 5. No thanks

Yeah, unless you got in quick, the prices are high now.

Since was only 2 of us, we got lucky and got tickets for $95 and $125 each.

Even $95 its a bit much for a family of 4 (especially once Ticketmaster get their fingers into the pie). Even worse at $125. I could think of a lot of things to do for $500 with the family.

Wanted to go - but that was just a bit too much for us.

I'm sorry I missed out due to the sniffles. Other household members are raving about it.
