Looking for an alternative to youship (from USA to NZ), recently ordered documents from 2 different county's in the USA both of them could only send to US based addresses via the USPS (standard mail service) so I used my Youship account, neither item has arrived at the USA youship center. Youship has had a "Search of their warehouse and came up empty. Checking with the senders and there is no sign of them been returned (it's been over a month since sent).

So I could understand 1 going missing, but both. So time to re-order, has anyone got any suggestions on an alternative service?

Is there a similar service from the UK to NZ? I found something called Parcel Hero if anyone's used them before?

I use shipito, but they have a specific hoop to jump thru inorder for them to be able to take mail rather than parcels, as it has some regulations in the US that they have to comply with. Perhaps the guys that NZ post use just find it easier to "lose" things rather than comply with it?

I have used ShipItTo with USPS (years ago) and https://planetexpress.com/ using Fedex Economy (recently). Both were much better than youshop, but also more expensive.

I've used shipito, their ok,but look out if something gets lost or damaged, an absolute nightmare people to deal with, thier insurance means absolutely nothing, I've had 2 parcels go bad with them and even with the added cost of insurance, after months of repeating myself to different people I gave up!I never got a refund.

Use https://www.stackry.com/en/login

Now these guys know what customer service is all about, used for a few years now with over 50 parcels without issue, EXPENSIVE! but everything just works, fastest shipping I've had, from both DHL and FedEx ( I prefer FedEx) open an account with FedEx for personal service from them as well.
