Sorry if you feel this has been discussed. I’ve got a parcel sitting at NZPOST/Courier depot for almost two weeks. I understand this is due to pandemic and I respect that. I can see they have lots of pressure and every time I called them, the other side of phone sounded tired and stressed. I can’t help but wonder what’s gonna happen when Christmas and New Year online shipping waves come?
