Hi guys,

I ordered some items from Adidas that has been sitting at DB Schenker's Mangere dispatch centre for about a week now.

I can't seem to get through to them via the phone.

Just wondering if anyone has used them before?

Yup their tracking is terrible. You did see that its a 15-20 days shipping time right? Adidas ship from Australia so its incredbly slow.

Its unlikely that its in Auckland but more coming from Australia. They ship those in bulk so no tracking until its in Auckland and then gets moving.

We get all our Dell gear shipped from them. I get a dispatch email, and the stuff is there the next day. How long it takes to get to them, I'm not sure, but I usually always get my Dell items before Dell's estimated delivery date when I order.

(On that, what with not being able to get Dell Laptop docks? ordered some last week and ETA is March 2022).

It could be that the crate, can or container is at Mangere and they have not had a chance to unload it as they have had a ship come in with lots of stuff ahead of it.

I know there are lots of companies looking for container storage at the moment as the unloading of ships is unreliable and they will get more containers than they can handle.

Fingers crossed it wont be too long for you.

If they're USB-C/TB you can get any number of USB-C/TB docks that are both better and cheaper than the Dell ones. I've got a Lenovo laptop with a non-Lenovo USB-C dock that meets those criteria.
