Hi everybody. Has anybody received a shipment via FedEx lately? My 3 consignments from the U.S. have been held up due to "Clearance delay - Import In clearance process", I rang FedEx and they didn't have any information on why the packages would be delayed.

Waiting for a package from US.

FedEx tracking states "In transit. Tendered to authorized agent for final delivery " since last Thursday, so presumably it has been forwarded to a local carrier for delivery in ChCh.

IME FedEx is always slower than other carriers.

yup mine was at their AKL facility for 8 days. was just before New Years. So I guess they were busy... but 60 USD for shipping for 1kg item and 5 days to AKL and 8 days in AKL - is frustrating.

That's the status I want my package to have haha!

You can track that stage of the delivery on the NZ Couriers website: https://nzcouriers.co.nz/track_and_trace.html#ABarCode

Enter your tracking number into the barcode area, and you'll get local tracking information.

Oh wow, it only took a couple of days to get from the U.S. to Auckland... and now it's stuck.

$60USD isn't bad at all - I paid $800NZD for my car parts :(
