What I have planned:

I am working on making a website, mainly for marketing purposes about our boat.

I want to be able to click and drag the mouse over the image to spin it left and right.

I know you can do this on a Mac (went on a course a couple of years back) but is there any software for Windows that can do this easily?

Also a program that accounted for some margin of error would be handy, as the photos would be taken on water, distances and everything else wont be 100% acurate...

Any ideas?
