It's all relative, in another 20 years we'll be lauging at the paltry 1TB hard drive for $250! :)

I've got quite a lot of this kinda stuff in print - original ZX81 pamphlets and even a mint Apple Lisa booklet.  Pay's to hold on to these things :)
