Hi folks,

I've got a couple of domains with email accounts hosted on Gmail. One of them has the Labs option enabled, with the little green beaker in the top right hand menu, but the other hasn't got that. Does anyone know why this is the case? I can't seem to find any reason for it in the online faqs and stuff.

Cheers,
D.

Doesnt the green beaker only show when you have selected to enable things from the Gmail Labs?

So therefore DPW one of your accounts must have a labs feature enabled whereas the other one does not

Am I right?

Yes, you have to go into the Google Apps settings of that domain and enable new/upcoming/beta features. Soon, not immediately the labs section will show up in Google Apps mail. Hope that helped. :)
